How long after my order is shipped?

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 3 to 7 business days after the bank's approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

In case of mishaps arising from our side, you will be informed based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

What should I do if my order comes when I am not there?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Cargo branch and an information note will be left to you. You should get your package from the branch specified within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to Y-Plus.com.tr. If you want your returned order to be sent again, the shipping fee will be requested, your order will be shipped to your name as a counter-payment.

Return or Exchange:

As part of a one-week like warranty, the customer can return the product within 7 days of receipt. If the reason for this return is the technical malfunction or defect of the product, rubiga.com will make a replacement or refund with the product as much as the total price of the product and the shipping cost. If the reason for return is "dislike", the amount of refund or exchange with another product will only be the amount of that disliked product and the product will not cover the external payments. While returning the product, the shipping cost of the return shipment belongs to the customer.
