If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to Y-Plus.com.tr. If you want your returned order to be sent again, a shipping fee will be requested and your order will be reshipped to your name with a cash on delivery.

Return or Exchange:

Within the scope of one-week liking guarantee, the customer can return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. If the reason for this return is a technical failure or defect of the product, rubiga.com will exchange it with another product or refund the total of the product price and shipping cost. If the reason for the return is "dislike", the refund or exchange with another product will only be the amount of the product that is not liked and will not cover payments other than the product price.
